Job Description

 

  • Prepare course outlines.
  • Prepare lesson plans or learning modules for tutoring session according to the students’ need and goals.
  • Review class material with students by discussing text, working solution to problems, or reviewing worksheet or other assignments.
  • Provide encouragement and positive motivation to students.
  • Communicate students’ progress to students, parents or teachers in written progress reports, in person, by phone, or by email.
  • Assess students’ progress throughout tutoring sessions.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to improve tutoring practices or learn new tutoring techniques.
  • Attending orientation sessions and regular meetings arranged for tutors.

Requirement

  • Qualification: SPM/STPM/Diploma
  • Must possess own transport.

  • Work with the lead teacher to monitor the class schedule
  • Assist teacher with lesson preparation by getting materials ready and setting up equipment
  • Ensure the classroom environment is safe and clean
  • Collaborated with the lead teacher to recognize issues students are facing and recommend solution.

Job Description

  • Responsible for overall quality system in HR department.
  • Understanding and executing staffing requisition, requirements and issue from all departments.
  • Draft and update documents such as job description, employee handbook, performance appraisal, form, SOP, policies and other HR related documents.
  • Conduct orientation program and briefing to new employee.
  • Screening candidates by resume shortlisting, phone interview and personal interview with coordination with concerned department & background verification of the shortlisted candidates.

Requirement
